This whisky was matured for a little over 11 years in a single bourbon hogshead. The Distillery adopts a farm to bottle approach growing all their own barley. Cask #33 which was originally filled on 29th January 2015 and bottled on the 10th July 2026.

Nose: Soft vanilla and honey underpinned by zesty citrus and lush orchard fruit.

Palate: Dense toffee and creamy caramel lead, with vanilla fudge and fresh pear and apple. A surprising mint-chocolate element develops.

Finish: Extended and warming, sweet with oak spice and caramel, finishing on a cool mint note.
