A UK-exclusive release from Ballindalloch Distillery in Speyside. Distilled in 2016 and rested for nine years in a blend of bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, this bottling leans more heavily on sherry influence than last year’s UK vintage, giving it added richness and greater depth. Non–chill-filtered and bottled at 48% ABV.

This whisky was matured for a little over 11 years in a single bourbon hogshead. The Distillery adopts a farm to bottle approach growing all their own barley. Cask #33 which was originally filled on 29th January 2015 and bottled on the 10th July 2026.

Nose: Soft vanilla and honey underpinned by zesty citrus and lush orchard fruit.
Palate: Dense toffee and creamy caramel lead, with vanilla fudge and fresh pear and apple. A surprising mint-chocolate element develops.
Finish: Extended and warming, sweet with oak spice and caramel, finishing on a cool mint note.

Once-famous, now reborn: the original release vanished fast, so master blender Rachel Barrie has reimagined it with a new recipe. Finished in a mix of oloroso and Pedro Ximénez casks, this is a full‑throated sherry expression—rich, spicy and fruit-forward.
Nose: Mature fruit cake—restrained, not cloying—where gently singed raisins and a wash of bittersweet dark rum lead. Baked apples, brown sugar and cinnamon provide warmth, while cherries and plump sultanas add tart, juicy highlights.
Palate: Dense and velvety, driven by concentrated dried fruit: rum-soaked raisins, prunes and a hint of chopped date. Underneath, nutmeg and cinnamon

European sherry casks, American bourbon barrels, and fresh virgin oak are used for maturation. Those different-aged whiskies are combined and married in a single, oversized Oregon pine Solera vat that is never fully emptied—each fill is topped up with new spirit—yielding a steady production of Glenfiddich 15 Year old.

Meikle Toir’s “The Sherry One” is a peated expression from GlenAllachie Distillery that marries coastal smoke with rich sherry influence. Made using mainland peat from St. Fergus and peated to about 35 ppm, it spends an unusually long 160-hour fermentation, which helps build a ripe, fruity complexity well suited to sherry maturation. Initially matured in American oak bourbon barrels, the whisky is then finished in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry puncheons, yielding a balanced profile of smoky peat, dried fruit, and deep, sweet sherry notes.
