A family owned and operated distillery located in the heart of the Kingdom of Fife.

Daftmill is a farm distillery owned and operated by the Cuthbert family only running during the farms quiet periods (midsummer and winter).

The single malt was created from a selection of twenty casks, nineteen of which are first-fill bourbon barrels and one is a Pedro Ximénez cask.
