Ruadh Maor is the peated whisky produced at Glenturret distillery. The whisky has a light fruity character with soft peated notes. Matured in a hogshead and finished in a first fill ex-tawny port cask by independent bottler Lady of the Glen.

Nose: Gentle woodsmoke and damp earth. Spiced brisket smoking over the BBQ. Underripe plums, red berries, and apples. Cedar wood and cinnamon bark.

Palate: Medium mouthfeel. Terry's chocolate orange. Soft fruit, vanilla cream, gentle smoke. A savoury smoked meat note. Alcohol is well integrated.

Finish: Fruit, candied orange peel, and a touch of spice. Soft smoke lingers, like memories of the campfire.
