Bobal isn’t as widely known as other great varieties but is certainly not to be missed! The grape is grown in the Utiel Requena region, the most western part of the Valencia province. This wine has flavours of cherry, blackcurrant and raspberry. This deep ruby full bodied wine has high tannins that make for a lingering finish. If all that wasn’t enough purchasing promotes ocean conservation!
