Glenfarclas 15 Year Old - Cheltenham Edition

This Limited Edition bottling was made to commemorate 15 years of sponsorship of the Glenfarclas cross country steeplechase at the Cheltenham festival.

This expression was aged for 15 years, revealing sherried notes of plum, toffee, dark chocolate, and walnut, followed by hints of spiced fruit cake and figs.

The release was limited to 3000 bottles. The back of the bottle lists the race winers over the 15 years of sponsorship.

Little Brown Dog - Tamnavulin 14 Year Old

This Tamnavulin 14 year old Whisky was bottled by Little Brown Dog an Independent bottler based in based in Aberdeenshire.

Two First Fill Bourbon Barrels were finished in a Port Pipe for around 7 months.

A nose of pomegranate and turkish delight with a palate of red grapes, haribo strawberries and spiced orange and finishing off with notes of stewed rhubarb and white pepper.

The colour has a beautifully pink hue from the ruby port finish.

Only 424 bottles produced.

This Single malt whisky produced at Tomatin Distillery and is a vatting of 3 casks.

Orchard fruit, candied orange, icing sugar and a hint of candle smoke on the nose. The palate brings tinned peaches, manuka honey and gentle spice. Long, warm spiced finish with cinnamon and ginger.

Bottled at 58.3% and 1 of only 611 bottles produced.

The ten year old Edradour is handmade and one of the last Single Malt Whiskies from a traditional farm distillery still in production today. The methods of production remain virtually unchanged in the last 150 years and are only just capable of commercial quantities. Indeed Edradour Distillery makes as much whisky in a year as most distilleries produce in a week. A rare pleasure for a fortunate few. Edradour Distillery only fills 18 casks in a week!

This Highland Park whisky bottled by independent bottler Little Brown Dog aged 10 years and finished in a ‘Random’ Barrique.

Although the bottlers aren’t sure exactly what the cask held originally we know it was red wine of some style.

A nose of woody chopped dates leading to a palate of fresh fig and candied peel with some fine peat influence with a finish of cinnamon and bonfire smoke.
