This Rum is a pot still Rum aged in Chestnut Casks. Chestnut is more porous than Oak creating more interaction with the spirit, wood and air around the cask. These casks coupled with a long fermentation create a rum with a unique flavour profile.

Clean, bright, pale golden yellow colour. Complex nose with estery notes of dried fruits, vanilla, cream and spice.
