This first batch from Walthamstow's Burnt Faith distillery is made from eaux-de-vie distilled in France and aged in England in a mixture of Spanish brandy, bourbon, Pineau des Charentes and cherry liqueur casks. The result is a distinctive brandy with a lot of complexity for the money, perfect for sipping neat or in cocktails like a Brandy Sour or a Brandy & Soda.

Nose: Fresh orange juice & strawberries

Palette: Caramel, buttery crumpets & marmalade

Finish: Cherry cola and milk chocolate

The grapes used to distill this brandy were Trebbianno , Chardonay , Sauvignon blanc and Muscat blanc
