This release from Kilkerran Distillery is Heavily peated, produced in small batches and bottled at cask strength without chill filtration or artificial colouring. 

It combines sherry and bourbon casks, with the majority (90%) of casks being ex-bourbon.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: A sweet introduction with notes of icing sugar, creme brulee and custard.

Palate: soft and sweet smoke, with notes of toasted marshmallows typical of the Kilkerran Heavily Peated range. Hints of gooseberries and parma violets develop over time.

Finish: The sweetness lingers in the notes of orange pulp
