This whisky is aged in American oak, oloroso, pedro ximinez and ex bourbon casks and is the first whisky released by the distillery that has been matured in sherry casks. The final spirit has a peat rating of 19.7 PPM and has a glorious balance of fruit spice and smoke with hints of salt and notes of chocolate.
