This Bourbn Whiskey dumped on 3-23-22 from barrel number 433, individually selected, filtered and bottled by hand at 103 proof. The nose is powerful and dry with honey, rye, dried fruits, vanilla and chocolate. The palate is full and rich with sharp apricot notes alongside butter, pepper, honey and oak. The finish is long with toffee apples developing to pecan and caramel.
